Our mission is to lead and advocate for the group training industry in NSW.

The Association provides a wide of range of services and conducts a number of activities as part of our strategic plan to enhance the effectiveness of member group training organisations.

Our goals are to:

1. Raise the profile of group training
2. Conduct member services
3. Develop policies

To achieve our goals the Group Training Association of NSW:

1. Advocates on behalf of group training 
2. Conducts programs and activities to promote the profile and esteem of group training
3. Provides high level professional development services to members
4. Promotes group training and member organisations with a presence at industry and government conferences and seminars 
5. Conducts activities and projects that meet the needs of members
6. Actively represents NSW as a member of the Group Training Australia national network
