Apprenticeship

What Polymer Technicians do

Evaluate and prioritise tasks and then allocate to operators
Measure and prepare quantities of raw materials and feed into plant machinery with processing agents
Check and set instruments and equipment to ensure correct operation and be aware of any abnormal operating conditions
Take samples for testing, test products and record process data
Move materials by forklift or hand
Package products as per order
