What Motor Vehicle and Caravan Salespeople do
- Discuss customer needs and advise on suitable vehicle models and accessory options
- Show, test drive vehicles and sell attachments and accessories for vehicles to customers
- Quote or negotiate prices, advise on warranties, delivery dates, after-sales service on new, used and trade-in vehicles
- Take sales orders and prepare contracts of sale including customer finance if required
- Receive payments and process ownership transfer documents and assist if necessary with pre-delivery checks of vehicle operations
