- Arrange the sale of property on behalf an owner
- Discuss the best method of sale with the vendor
- Arrange a time for inspections of property
- Discuss with the vendor presentation of property for sale
- Gives vendor information on current market price and suggests a reserve or minimum selling price
- Advertises the property for sale
- Interview prospective buyers, discuss what their needs in a new property are and assists locate a property
- Organise inspection for buyers and discuss the merits of the property
- Advise on the terms of sale
- Draw up legal agreements between vendors and buyers
- Assists buyer organise finance and insurance.
