Plumber

What people in this role do:

• Prepare and study drawings, plans and specifications
• Establish the layout of plumbing systems and materials needed for the job
• Measure, mark out, cut or bend pipe into position for connections
• Cut holes through walls and floors to lodge pipes
• Join pipe sections and secure pipes
• Assemble and install piping, valves and fittings
• Test lines as required by local plumbing regulations and report findings
• Assemble and install plumbing equipment and appliances
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems

• School Certificate
