Funeral Serviceperson

What people in this role do:

  • General administration and documentation for funeral business
  • Coordinate and arrange services for burials and cremation, including transfer of coffins and caskets
  • Arrange burial site preparation and internment
  • Develop and coordinate building and grounds maintenance
  • Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment
  • Provide customer service to clients including consoling grieving family and friends
