Community Service Worker
What people in this role do:
- Maintain and improve services and assistance to the community in education, health and housing
- Aide community groups in planning, developing, organising, maintaining and evaluating community resources and programs to meet local needs
- Support, develop and evaluate strategies that strengthen and enhance community participation in local activities
- Communicate and liaise with community groups and government organisation
- Raise community awareness on current issues
- Provide assistance with administration duties including preparing submissions and reports
