Office Administrator
What people in this role do:
- Supervise and coordinate task allocation and staff
- Interview job applicants and conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Liaise with staff members regarding client and employee feedback
- Administer salaries and leave entitlements
- Develop and organise staff training and development, the preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions
- Prepare and submit annual reports on estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management
- Maintain and develop management information systems (manual or computerised)
Your chances of success will be better if you have:
- Ability to supervise
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Office management experience
- Good with computers
- Good organisational skills
- Higher School Certificate
