Spare Parts Salesperson

What people in this role do:

• Assist customers and answer question
• Give advise regarding customer concerns, recommend parts and check catalogues, microfiche or computer bases for items not stocked
• Take special orders for items not currently in stock, or not normally stocked, and notify customers when the items have arrived
• Advise customers on, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future
• Operate cash registers and prepare invoices
• Accept new stock and unpack it restock shelves and stock take on a regular basis and set up displays of goods sold to encourage customers

• Excellent team skills and are motivate and enthusiastic about your work
• A helpful, courteous manner
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with money
• School Certificate
